When will my bonus tutorial videos and eBook be delivered to my email?
We'll email you access to all of your bonus tutorials immediately after we send your order confirmation. It will be a separate email that we send to the email address you used at checkout. Once there, you may download your eBook to use on your iPad, Kindle, or other device, or you can choose to print it out.
When did Puruskin launch?
Me and my team launched Puruskin on August 15th, 2013.

Do you have a customer service phone line I can call?

Do you donate to charitable causes too?
Yes we do! We donate 10% of net profits to foundations that help women and children encountering domestic abuse and more!
Do you offer Free Shipping anywhere in the United States?
Yes we do! We currently offer Free Shipping anywhere in the USA. No coupon is necessary.
How long will it take to receive my order within the U.S.?
All orders are processed by the next business day.
Once the package is shipped it can take 5-8 business days to be delivered.
How long will it take to receive my international order?
All orders are processed by the next business day.
Once the package is shipped it can take 2 to 4 weeks to arrive to be delivered, depending on your location. (in business days)
Will I be notified when my order is shipped?
Yes! You will receive a confirmation email after you have placed your order, and another when your order is sent out.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes of course! All orders are shipped through USPS and include tracking. The tracking number will be sent to the email that you provided at checkout, as soon as your order ships. You'll receive another notification by email when your order has been delivered. Please note that the Order Number is not your tracking number.
I ordered from outside the US, can I still track my order?
Once your package reaches customs, your USPS tracking number will become active. You can track your order before it reaches customs by entering your tracking number here.
What is your U.S. return policy?
To make a return, start by visiting our Returns Page, to go through instructions. You will then receive an email with step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label.
Original Shipping charges are not refundable.
I want to receive a refund for my return. When will I get it?
Please allow up to 7 business days from the time your return is delivered to us for the refund to be processed after refund has been approved.
I received an incorrect/damaged item. What should I do?
If you received an incorrect item or damaged item please visit our Returns Page, within 45 days of placing your order, where your return will be authorized. You will then receive an email with step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label.

Can I exchange an item if I am not from the United States?
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate returns for customers outside of the U.S through our online return portal.
If you would like to return your order for a refund, you will be responsible for any charges incurred when shipping the product(s) back to us.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept PayPal and all major credit/debit cards! You do not need a PayPal account to pay.
Will my card be charged when I order?
All customers are charged at the time of purchase as this is how our website platform functions.
Will I need a numbing cream when derma rolling?
Not at all. Most of our customers don't need it, even if needles are intimidating. Microneedles cause minimal discomfort. But if you'd like to anyway, by all means use one of the numbing creams we recommend. Click here to see our recommended numbing creams.
When I place an item in my cart or wishlist, is it reserved for any period of time?
Placing an available item in your shopping cart and/or wishlist does not reserve that item.
Available inventory is only assigned to your order after you place your order and receive an e-mail confirmation that we've received your order.
Are the packages that you use branded, or do they have a logo on the exterior?
Yes, our mailers are branded and it will be apparent that the package has come from Puruskin. Please keep this in mind and observe tracking information when ordering gifts.
1. How Much To Ship My Order?
Free Shipping for orders over $50 in the USA. Orders less than $50 are subject to a flat fee of $5.77. If you'd like your order rushed, then you can pay a small shipping fee to get it delivered to your door and in your hands sooner.

2. How Soon Will Order Ship?
All in stock items in our warehouse are shipped the next day. Some items may reside in one of our international fulfillment centers. Those items typically ship within 48 business hours.
Items that are out of stock will be shipped separately as soon as inventory arrives. You will be notified if that is the case.
3. When Will Order Arrive?
GROUND SHIPPING: In stock items usually arrive within 5 to 8 business days to USA addresses. Items available in our international centers may take 2 to 4 weeks to arrive.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING: Usually arrives within 2 to 4 business days, if ordered before 11am Mountain Time.
4. I Entered The Wrong Address!
Always be sure to check your order details before and after ordering to make sure the shipping address is correct. We'll email you a receipt letting you know where we'll ship it. If it's incorrect, then please contact us right away so we can change your order before it ships the next business day.
After the order has shipped, there's nothing we can do. We can ship another item, but you must pay for the cost of shipping.
5. What Carriers Do You Use?
All orders are shipped by USPS (United States Postal Service). If you have concerns that they do not deliver, or do a poor job delivering to your address, then you can choose a different shipping service. You simply must pay the difference between their rate versus our cost to ship your order to you.
We are working to build a relationship with most major carriers. When our shipping changes, we'll let you know.
6. International Customers
All Non-US orders will incur a shipping charge and are shipped via US Mail and may take 2 to 4 weeks to arrive. We are not responsible for delayed orders that get caught in customs. If there are problems with your order and it is sent back to us, we will refund you after it has been returned. Customers are responsible for any duties or fees related to customs.
