Derma rolling is fantastic and actually brings results when you follow the best instructions. (HINT: This video series includes all of the best instructions to help you get the best results.

But even with the best instructions, there are several situations where derma rolling isn't the answer. If you have certain skin conditions then it's possible that you should not use a derma roller over those areas of skin.

Watch this video to find out what those skin conditions are before you use your derma roller. Failing to do so could spread conditions to healthy parts of your skin.
