What is microneedling?
Microneedling is a process of using tiny needles to create micro-channels in the outer layer of the skin (the epidermis). This process exfoliates the skin, removing dead cells vertically for a firmer, smoother texture and look.

Where can I microneedle?
The most popular areas for our customers are the face (forehead, cheeks, and chin), neck and décolleté, and body (bum, thighs, tummy, and arms). The only place you should not needle is on thin, sensitive areas such as compromised skin such as the following:
- eyelids
- open wounds
- active acne
- inflamed skin
- raised surfaces like moles

When should I microneedle?
We recommend microneedling at night for a few minutes, once every 2 to 3 weeks. We roll at night to allow our skin time to rejuvenate with our body's natural repair cycle. Plus, immediately after derma rolling the skin can be flushed and sensitive.
Sleeping it off gives your skin plenty of time to rejuvenate overnight, allowing it to heal.

Is microneedling painful?
Not at all! Our microneedling kits and bundles are designed with needles of a certain density, shaped and length so that it is a completely painless experience. Most of our customers describe it as a gentle tingling sensation that feels refreshing...

How much pressure should I apply when microneedling?
No extra pressure required. Let the roller glide along your skin with minimal pressure.

How big are the needles on your Microneedle Roller Head attachments?
Depending on the kit you order our roller head attachment heads are various sizes and needle lengths. Inside each kit and in your bonus Derma Roller eBook and Video Tutorials, you'll also receive a size guide so that you know what roller head to use for what skin concern.
Each microneedle roller head is designed for specific areas of your skin too:
- Face Roller - 0.5mm in length, 600 needles (Yellow)
- Face Roller - 1.0mm in length, 600 needles (Blue)
- Body Roller - 1.5mm in length, 1200 needles (Pink)
- Undereye Roller - 0.5mm in length, 180 needles (Yellow)

What products can I apply before and after Microneedling?
You can use your Derma Roller Kit with nutrient rich serums, oils, and creams to help restore your skin's bounce and glow. Here are a few of our favorites rated by customers:
- Before microneedling, cleanse face using a great organic facial cleanser. Our customers love our Vitamin C Facial Cleanser.
- Immediately after rolling a section, apply your favorite facial serum or moisturizer. Here are some of my favorites: Vitamin C Serum, Retinol Moisturizer, Organic Argan Oil.

What’s the difference between microneedling and microdermabrasion?
Similar, but very different. Microdermabrasion is a traditional form of horizontal exfoliation where the device removes dead skin cells on the surface of your skin. Microneedling, on the other hand, creates vertical micro-channels into the skin to both remove dead cells and allow a way for nutrients to enter the skin directly through those micro-channels.

Can you use Puruskin Microneedle Kits with Botox or fillers?
Yes! You can use any Puruskin Microneedling Kit with Botox and fillers. Botox does its magic within the muscle while microneedling stimulates the above layer of skin. In fact, a lot of people eventually forgo Botox and straight up stick to microneedling. However, we do recommend consulting with your dermatologist for a personal treatment recommendation.

Can I use a Microneedling Kit while pregnant?
Yes! Unlike Botox or retinol, microneedling is one of the only things you can use while pregnant because it's 100% ingredient-free. Dermarolling doesn't introduce a synthetic topical into your system. Instead, it stimulates your skin through micro-injury, triggering a healing response that boosts your skin's natural collagen production.

Can you use a retinol-based cream after using a microneedle roller?
Yes! When using any highly active ingredients with microneedling, make sure you do a patch test on your skin first to see how your skin reacts to it.

Does microneedling help with fine lines and wrinkles?
Microneedling is designed to help skin appear younger, firmer, and smoother through a vertical exfoliation process and allowing your favorite skin care serums and oils to penetrate into the deeper layers of your skin through imperceptible micro-channels.

Where are products made?
All of our ingredients and cosmetic products are made in the US with one exception of our Organic Argan Oil which is only produced in Morocco from the native nut. Our Microneedle Kits are made in specific regions of China in clean, pre-approved facilities.

When will my products expire?
Each product has an optimal "use by after opening" date denoted by a PAO symbol. The "M" stands for months. Use your product within this timeframe to reap the maximum benefits.

Do you test your products on animals?
No, we never test our products on animals at any point during the production process. Nor are they tested on animals by our suppliers, nor by any third parties on our behalf.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment via major credit cards, PayPal, Gift Cards, and Puruskin Gift Cards.

Can I pay with a gift card?
Yes, absolutely! We cannot split payment between a gift card and another form of payment, so your gift card must be able to cover the total amount with tax and shipping. If you need help, please contact us at support@puruskin.com.

Where can I update my order?
Want to make a change to your order? Let us know as soon as possible before your order ships so that we can catch it before it leaves our facility.
To change, edit, add to, or cancel your order, contact us at support@puruskin.com. Our fulfillment center processes orders very quickly, but we'll do our best to process your request.
Please note: Orders are processed within 24 hours and are shipped within 1 to 3 business days. We ship Monday thru Friday, not including U.S. National Holidays.

What should I do if my order is incorrect?
If you received a product different from the one you ordered, then we apologize. Reach out to us at support@puruskin.com, and we'll be sure to get you the product(s) you ordered quickly so that you can see great results in no time.

What should I do if one or more of my items I get is damaged or defective?
If your package was damaged during shipment, take a picture with your smartphone, then save the box and merchandise. Notify us immediately at support@puruskin.com (be sure to include your order number and any other relevant details).
Any damaged or defective items will be replaced.

What happens if my order is lost?
If you think your package is missing, please check your order tracking number to see where USPS says your order was left. Then have a look around the delivery site.
If your package is still not found, the customer is responsible for filing a claim with USPS or the shipping courier used. This process can take up to 6 business days. We appreciate your patience in the matter. Keep us posted by emailing our Satisfaction Team at support@puruskin.com. Be sure to include your order number and any relevant information.
Unfortunately, we cannot replace packages until they have been confirmed missing.

Return Policy
We want you to love your Puruskin order. If you are not completely satisfied, please send an email with your order number to support@puruskin.com within 30 days of purchase . Refunds are issued once the order has been received an inspected and will be issued to the original form of payment within 10 business days, minus shipping fees.

Where does Puruskin ship?
Puruskin ships to all our babes in the United States, US Territories, and select international locations.
*International Shipping: All duties, taxes, and fees associated with customs are the responsibility of the customer for products entering the country of destination.

How much is domestic shipping?
We are happy to offer Free Ground Shipping on all orders over $50 dollars, excluding taxes, and after any promotional discounts are applied when shipping within the contiguous USA. If your order does not exceed $50, then you are responsible for a nominal shipping fee less than $6.
Expedited shipping options are also available on the checkout page.

When will my order ship?
All in stock items in our warehouse are shipped the next business day.
Some items may reside in one of our international centers. Those items typically ship within 48 business hours.
Items that are out of stock will be shipped separately as soon as inventory arrives.

Does the return policy apply if I bought my Puruskin products from somewhere else?
Any skincare products or tools purchased, new or used, from third-party sellers must be returned to that specific seller. If you don't have an order number from Puruskin.com then you likely purchased somewhere else. If that is the case then you must contact that seller.

How do I track my order once it's placed?
Once your order is processed and has shipped, you'll get an email from us with a direct link to your USPS tracking number. From there you can check your order's progress every step of the way.
